Return Policy If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your order, please read our return policy carefully.
Conditions for Returns:
- Orders can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, completely intact, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Kindly include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items to us. Reign Amsterdam will not be held accountable for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for the refund to reflect in your account may take up to two days.
