What is the delivery time for my order? Every clothing item you find on our webshop undergoes a special printing process right here in our facility. This process typically takes up to two business days. Once the printing process is complete, your personalized parcel is handed over to our trusted shipping partner, DPD.

DPD delivers most packages within the Netherlands and from Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg within 2 working days, but delays can sometimes occur.
Reign Amsterdam wants to clarify that while every effort is made to ensure timely deliveries, they are not responsible for mistakes or delays caused by the courier, DPD. Any issues or concerns related to delivery should be directed to the courier service.
We ship all over Europe! (Our shipping providers cannot currentlydeliver to Ukraine, Russia or Israel.)
Can I return my order? Yes, you can! You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Check our return conditions for more information.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do? Sometimes our emails might end up in your spam folder. Please check there first. If you don't find an email there, it's possible that we have an incorrect email address for you. Please email our customer service for further assistance!
I entered the wrong address, what should I do? If you've entered the wrong address or want it delivered elsewhere, please email us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your address until your order has been dispatched.
I received a defective item Although we thoroughly check all items, unfortunately, there might be cases where an item is delivered defective. In such cases, please send us an email with a photo within 72 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you promptly.
Where are your products made? Our products are meticulously designed at our headquarters in Amsterdam. They are then manufactured in our factory in Germany.
